The hospitality of the receptionist in Christmas night was wonderful, clean, smell good... the pool is warm and clean we love it traveling from Rhode Island we recommend thus place

Comfortable beds (if you like soft beds...like I do). It is one of the better places I have stayed in this area. The bathroom had grab bars everywhere around the tub. This was good since I was traveling with an elderly parent. Very convenient to gas station and McDonald's as it's right next door.

We travel thru this area on the regular. We almost always choose to stay at this HIE. They are the standard that we compare all other hotels too. We became rewards members because of this location. The rooms are always clean, smell fresh and comfortable. We almost always get in late or leave early so the only staff that we really see if Iris. She is the overnight desk person. We use to call to let her know we would be late but now when she sees our name she just knows. She is always kind and efficient to get us to our room. If you need a good hotel this is the place to go!!!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn express was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was beautifully maintained, clean, and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. Perfectly situated right off highway 85. The customer service was fantastic. Beds were comfy and clean.

Chose to stay here as we have experienced the other choices in the area and were not happy with them. As far as rooms go, the rooms are clean, comfortable (we slept great in the beds), the service was very friendly and the location near the highway was convenient. The downside to the highway being close by, and with it being right next to the loves truck stop meant that we did hear traffic through the night. The occasional jerk with a loud vehicle would use the road outside the hotel as his place to show off how loud their car was. The good things about the hotel outweighed the negatives though. We would gladly choose to stay here again based on convenience.

We were pleasantly surprised! The room was very spacious, clean and inviting. The hallways look and smell clean. All of the necessities were in the room: safe, microwave, refrigerator, iron, blow dryer, coffee maker. I love the fact that the remote control was in a little clear plastic bag. The pull up shades were nice. There are plenty of lights and outlets. When we are in the area and I'm need of a hotel, this is our first choice from now on..

We recently stayed here for one night. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We had a great experience with check in (Brandon). He also kept an eye on the hot beverages in the lobby. Cleaning staff were friendly and signs of their efforts visible.
